Talking to some friends about UPW a few months ago I realized that premium is the section to be in. That is row 10-20 and that is were you never will need to look at the video screens and have a direct contact with Tony + having the chance to be of the few that Tony will interact with.
Pricing €1380 (and those who remember from the last time around, this is the same price as the Deluxe tickets, on the section behind went for!).

Midsummer of transformation - UPW 2010 in Rome

This is a very early midsummer greeting. It is with the great news that "Unleash the Power Within" will happen in Rome 24-27 June 2010. This is the midsummer weekend and this will bring the supporting energies of summer solstice and for us in Sweden Thursday or at least Friday is a day off at work! Everything lined up for a new way of spending the midsummer.

Since I went to UPW last week I can tell all about it, from hotels and travelling to Rome and to/from the event hall, to how to get the best mozzarella panini while you're there.

One thing I did learn was the seating arrangement, and I must say that the section Premium is the one to go for. Early and in time you will each morning pick a seat just after the reserved Royal section in front. You can then look at a seating at maybe row 10-13 (Premium in all is 10-20) and this is just brilliant. And since I want you to have this I will make an early bird offer on these for €1080 (11490 SEK). Yes you heard right. Same price as the organizer sold back of the room tickets for to the UPW last week!

UPW preparation

Joseph last night gave a preparation call for UPW. He gave a few tips what to think of when coming there:
- Be ready to have some fun
- Be serious and willing to changing you life
- Be teachable
- Be willing to do the work

And before going really look at yourself and write down the answer to these questions:
- Who am I now?
- Who do you wish to become
- What am I going there to get

That's a good start to get the steam up for Friday. Reviewing the telephone meeting my opinion about Joseph is that he gets a little bit too little said in the time he gets. Of course he is in a good mood and that is inspiring and he speaks fast but there is very little substance in most of it. I am not sure why Robbins pick him as his #1 sidekick.

It will be so great to get to Rome in a few days and get going with UPW. I have started warming up with the Ultimate realtionship program.

Last call for UPW!! Deluxes €1080

To make a last minute offer I can also pass over to you a reservation at www.ostiaanticaparkhotel.it That is one of the hotels recommended at the official Medwestern UPW-site. It's a double/twin room for the €120 for 2 persons per night incl breakfast buffée (not just continental toast and instant coffee). The UPW event has also arranged with shuttle but to and from (for some extra cost).

So tickets and hotels are just as good as can be, no need - or time - to hesitate! Get in touch asap!

The organizer, an american-italian co-labouration, will early next week sum up all un-registered tickets and the italian part of the organization will distribute these. They will aim for last-minute business people and the prices will go up, in particular for the extremely now limited middle-room tickets. At best Executive in far end of the room will sell for €1100.

So last days to decide and last days to get Deluxe tickets, row 21-30, for €1080 - just for a few more days. And of course the middle of the room have so much better energies than sitting in the back watching the video screens.

Please check around this deal just cannot be beaten - for the maybe last UPW in Europe!

Resources vs Resourcefulness

To not forget is that Time, Energy, Money, Background, Education, Others/Network is good to have for success, but that is only 'Resources'.

What I have experienced personally in role models around and what also Jarek and Tony Robbins points out more structured is that 'Resourcefulness' is a much more important feature.

What comes to mind when you think about characteristics in someone you admire or keep as a role model, Resources or Resourcefulness?

Master the power to Change State at UPW

Jarek did also talk about the importance of changing focus and physiology to produce the state change that is necessary for all change of behaviour and action, and pointed out that the best way to master this is the 4-days UPW with Tony Robbins himself.

There are still, although very few, tickets for Deluxe section - row 21-30 - for €1080. Deluxe has never been cheaper than this - actually no ticket has ever been cheaper than this and this is the price now for Executive section (row 41-50) at other sellers. Deluxe is sold out except for these few tickets, but did sell for 40-60% more than this price!

Jarek Robbins - standing on the shoulders of a giant?

Yesterday I went to a seminar with Jarek Robbins. He is 25 years of age and Tony Robbins' son and he gave us an wonderful seminar. He mixed his own material with stuff from Robbins Sr and others. And to answer the question above: he did really good on his own!

He's favourite quote and tools from Tony is:

'The ONLY reason you don't have exactly what you want
is the story you keep telling yourself
about why you can't have it or don't have it already.'

Stories can be of many kinds, three of them are:

• permanent - 'things just are this way and will be forever'. Solutions suggestion is the fact that that everything goes in cycles, usually around 7 years, good things and bad things will always change. At good times don't forget to save and invest (don't be greedy).
• pervasive - with the naive realism that the person believes that everyone views the world exactly as they do. To challenge: see your problem through the eyes of a blind person. You need insight rather than sight!
• personal - start thinking whether you live in reaction to things or in in action, and how you want to have it in your future.

For all you people still not sure whether to go or not I have the excellent news that all remaining tickets for UPW is €1080 each. A small reduction for Executive but a never before seen deal on the Deluxe. UPW tickets, videos and the mirror neuron

Less than two months to go now before Unleash the Power within in Rome and there are still great tickets to great prices! The energies get stronger the closer to the stage you sit of course. And it is important to be able to clearly see Tony live in person instead of just watching the video screen - his actually makes all the difference in the world. Why? - this has all been scientifically proved in the discovery of the 'mirror neuron': when you see someone else act/be/talk etc the same neurons (circuits in the brain) will fire on the viewer as on the person who actually acts! This means that the closer you get to your role models, the more you will have the same signals paths in your body - and the big point is that the more you use your desired neuron paths the more established these will get. Also they will be preferred in the future!

Plastsoppan i Stilla Havet

Vatten i all ära men inte från vatten från engångsflaskor. Som Tony påminner har praktiskt taget hela havet mellan Hawaii och San Francisco ett tjock sediment av plastfibrer - en plastsoppa. Se detta klipp från utmärkta TED kring hur det ser ut och hur det påverkar djurlivet eller info från Greenpeace.

Tony och Sage vill också sprida miljömedvetenhet vilket glädjer mig.

Men det är problematiskt när man är ute och reser. Kan man anta att Robbins har någon lösning med påfyllningsflaskor på UPW i Rom i september? Vi får väl se.

Vatten och grönsaker

Från paradiset i Fiji påminner Tony och Sage oss om vikten att dricka tillräckligt varje dag och att kombinera detta med färska grönsaker. Exemplen är otaliga kring de goda effekterna och som yogalärare kan jag bara hålla med, två glas vatten innan ett pass gör klar skillnad.

Senaste månaden har jag börjat dricka virvlat vatten, och använder detta vatten i matlagningen. Jag tycker att det smakar bättre - det kan såklart vara psykiskt. jag återkommer när jag testat runt med groddar, surdeg mm.

Tony Robbins var med på Good morning America härom dagen. Intressant klipp kring hur vi kan tackla problemen dagens lågkonjunktur medför!

Strategisk process med arketyper

Teorier i all ära men kan man inte använda dem i praktiken är de inte mycket värda. Robert Moore har skrivit "King, Warrior, Magician, Lover - Rediscovering The Archetypes of The Mature Masculine", Robbins beskriver den och använder den på ett brilliant sätt tycker jag i "Anthony Robbins and Cloe Madanes - Negotiating Conflict - Leadership in Times of Crisis" där han 11 September 2001 (!) ställer en judisk man och en man med muslimska rötter mot varandra. Han lägger till verktyget "Indirekt förhandling" för att göra det optimalt lösningsinriktat.

Arketyperna som de båda hittar i sig själva och kan ta råd ifrån är:
Krigaren som står för handlingskraft och styrka
Magikern - kreativitet, humor och intuition
Älskaren - de djupaste känslorna av samhörighet och kärlek
Regenten (the sovereign) - känner till dina visioner och syfte, är behärskad och rättvis

Återigen ett sätt för att nå fram till den visdom vi alla bär inom oss. Liksom Heart Activation (se tidigare inlägg) passar detta för att hitta vad vi verkligen vill i på specifika frågor bortom filter och rädsla.

Ticket update

Biljetterna till årets Unleash the Power Within förvinner lika snabbt som snön i det vår-lika solskenet.

De två första sektionerna Royal och Premium är slutsålda hos arrangören Medwestern. Deluxe dvs rad 21-30 är väl så långt bak man vill vara om man inte bara vill titta på videoskärmarna, även där är biljetterna slut hos Medwestern men jag har ett fåtal biljetter kvar till denna sektion och kan erbjuda dessa för €1380. Först till kvarn...

För Comfort- sektionen (bakom Delux) dvs rad 31-40 finns fortfarande biljetter kvar, priset är i dagsläget €1380, dvs samma som för fåtalet till Delux-sektionen framför; och Executive rad 41-50 ligger på €1080.

Mål och antimål

Jag är just tillbaka efter underbar promenad i solen och snöglittret. Som vanligt brukar jag inte kunna låta bli att ta lite snö och prickkasta på harmlösa mål - hur mycket mer spännande mål i rörelse än må vara. Det jag märker är om jag vill träffa en yta mellan andra objekt dvs att helt enkelt undvika att att träffa något så tappar jag all precision. Ett tydligt exempel skulle vara en husvägg med fönster och att då föresätta sig att bara kasta snöbollen på en fönsterfri yta dvs huvuddelen av väggen, så leder det ofta till att man ändå träffar ett fönster. Försöker man instället träffa ett decimenterstort ventilationslock blir det om inte träff en en snökaskad av bollen mot väggen högst ett par decimeter ifrån. Liknelsen blev uppenbar, att ha vaga mål eller antimål i att bara undvika något så blir det ingen riktning i handlingarna. Likaså att fly ifrån något istället för att dra sig mot något torde bli på samma sätt.

Onekligen något att tänka på. Inte minst all barn som som blivit skällda på för att "de kastat snöboll på fönstret - det kunde ju gå sönder" och hur ignorerade deras ursäkter blir över att "de faktiskt inte alls vill förstöra rutan utan faktiskt siktade på de flera meter stora väggpartierna emellan". Att man överhuvudtaget kastar snöboll verkar inte ifrågasättas - förmodligen är det något evolutionsmässigt att det setts som övning inför jakt och därför anses självklart ok.

Nästan Tony

Ok, det här skulle vara en sajt med Tony Robbins-klipp, varför nu detta med Bob Proctor? Ja, har inget bra svar. En del av svaret skulle vara att yes-group i Sverige kommer att få besök av Bob och att han dessutom håller ett endagsseminarium här. Låter det som ett skäl? Det är det inte, saken är den när jag fick filen började jag göra en video av den genom att lägga till en bakgrundsbild samtidigt som jag lyssnade och sanningen är att jag inte blir alltför imponerad av det material och sätt Bob framför sina saker. Utifrån filmen The Secret, där Proctor, medverkade hade jag på förhand antagit att detta skulle vara intressant men jag är inte alls övertygad. Kanske säger någon att det är så kort tid och på ett längre föredrag eller cd-program blir det annorlunda. Hm jag vet inte, detta var nästan en timme och inte kommer han så långt. Får känslan av att han håller inne med information och i min ögon, ja menar öron, brukar det vara ett tecken på att han inte har så mycket att komma med. Så skälet får helt enkelt bli att jag lägger upp den så ni får avgöra själva.

För oss singlar är rådet att först se sina "historier" som bekräftar att man befinner sig i den situation man gör (de bra har redan blivit tagna, jag har för höga krav mm), och sedan se vilka historier eller "narrations" man behöver för att ta sig ur.

Topptillstånd - det är Alla hjärtans dag varje dag

Ännu en video om relationer i samband med Alla hjärtans dag. Den betonar att känna igen stunder då någon part känner sig låg och har tappat sitt topptillstånd / "peak state" och ta sig ur det så fort som möjligt t ex genom någon fysisk akivitet (som jag antar kan betyda många saker ;-) För min egen del skickade jag in en fråga om vad de har för syn på att vara singel och om de har några dejtingtips - väntar med spänning...

Hjärtats intelligens - heart intelligence - FAVORIT

Hej!
Intressant med Tony är att han även anammat den österländska visdomen och alternativa terapiformer; Oneness-rörelsen och deeksha, kundalini yoga (för klasser på onsdagar med undertecknad se här!) och Donald Epsteins NSA (Network Spinal Analysis) är bra exempel på detta. Meditation finns också där i olika former, en av mina favoriter är Heart Activation Technique som även har vetenskapliga belägg (har någon en länk till detta, hör av er :-). Där synkroniseras hjärnvågorna och hjärtrytmen och skapar en öppning där man kan ställa frågor till sitt inre väsen om man har fastnat eller inte vet var man ska gå vidare. Titta på det här underbara klippet med hur detta kan praktiseras:

Ta tiden och följ med i övningen. Ibland kan det ta ett par gånger innan full effekt nås. Ett annat av mina favoritklipp med Tony helt klart.

Att veta om platssystemet: biljetterna är onumrerade och anger bara sektion (premium, comfort etc) och platsen man får inom sektionen blir så att säga "först till kvarn", dvs i premiumfallet kan man hamna på rad 11 eller rad 20 beroende på när man anländer. Stalltipset är att flyga ner under torsdagen för att kunna komma till eventcentret tidigt på fredagen för registrering etc och därmed få en plats bland de första raderna i sin sektion.

Kom idag att tänka på en en klipp med Tony som handlar om "att försöka" och hur energien bara blir upplåst med det tankesättet. Det finns tre vägar: att göra inte det, att försöka göra det eller att göra det.

Det kommer från videoserien "Ultimate relationship" som Tony gjorde med psykologen Cloe Madanes. Många avsnitt mycket sevärda tycker jag.

Hej Tony Robbins-vänner,

Äntligen finns möjlighet att göra ett flerdagarsevent med Robbins i Europa. Eller nu och nu, Robbins enda Europabesök i år händer den 25-28 September i år i Rom, Italien. Eventet - "Unleash the Power Within" - kommer att gå av stapel på ett "mindre" ställe med plats för 5000 personer. Detta upplägg har lett till att vissa sektionerna snart börjar bli slutsålda.

Jag har fått möjligheten att distribuera biljetter till ett bra pris denna gång. Min tanke har varit att bli ett gäng från Sverige som, för de som vill, har "Robbinsträffar" under tiden fram till dess för att kanske titta på videos och inspirera varandra.

Jag har själv köpt en biljett i Deluxe då jag tyckte att man kan få en väldigt bra plats för ett bra pris. Det är onumrerat och registrerar vi oss tidigt på fredagen den 25 på plats bör vi komma långt fram i denna sektion. Delux-sektionen är den som är på väg att bli slutsåld, därefter kommer biljetter till Comfort släppas.

Lite kort om UPW är att Tony Robbins kör 40+ timmar under fredag, lördag och söndag och att hans främste elev och medhjälpare Joseph McClendon III har hand om måndagen. Helt klart är att Robbins börjar trappa ner och events med honom själv blir mer och mer sällsynta.

Praktisk info: Bäst är att flyga in Torsdag kväll, tidigt på fredagen fungerar också då det börjar kring lunch. Det slutar ca 18:00 på måndagen, eventhallen ligger nära Leonardo DaVinci-flygplaten klicka här för mer info
